Pollack Products brings the signature sauces and dressings of Babbo Italian Eatery from our kitchens to yours.

Since 2002, Babbo has served the Phoenix community with Italian classics made from scratch—no shortcuts, no compromises. What started as a single family-owned restaurant has grown to seven locations across the Valley, with an eighth opening in 2026. For 24 years, our recipes have been tested and perfected serving real guests, thousands of meals at a time.

Now, through Pollack Products, we're making those same recipes available to retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners nationwide.

Babbo means "Daddy" in Italian—and for our family, it represents the spirit of our founder, Ken Pollack. Ken opened the first Babbo in 2002 and spent 24 years building not just a restaurant, but a community. He lived by a simple philosophy: "If you give you will get, if you get you should give."

Ken was a passionate baseball fan who lost his courageous fight against pancreatic cancer in late 2022. In his honor, Babbo Italian Eatery hosts an annual Baseball for Babbo Day of Giving—a community event where 100% of restaurant profits are donated to pancreatic cancer research. The event features baseball memorabilia raffles, silent auctions, and brings together the Valley community to support a cause close to our hearts.

A portion of all Pollack Products sales supports pancreatic cancer research. Every dollar counts in advancing research and providing hope.
